Cartoon Style Graphics
The graphics in Firestarter are very definitely on the carton side of things, but are well drawn and fun to look at. Behind the reels is rather vague, it looks a bit like a newspaper although that has nothing to do with the theme. The reels themselves have a white background, which makes the brightly coloured cartoon style symbols stand out. This is a fun slot, with no seriousness at all.
Firestarter Special Features
The special features symbols is where the actual Firestarter theme finally comes into play. The matchbook icon is the games scatter symbol which grants the player ten free spins for finding three of them anywhere on the reels. This can be retriggered by finding one of the devil symbols on the reels during your free spins round.
The she devil is the games wild symbol, and she appears only on reels two, three and four. Her job is not only to trigger free spins during the free spins round, but also to change the games base symbols into more wilds, to create more winning lines.
